CLOSED: Wireless Mesh Networks

Grenoble INP and LIG Laboratory invite applications for the following position:

– 1 Research Engineer (18 months, possible extension)

The applicant will work in the WIP European project: An All-Wireless Mobile Network Architecture. The objective of the WIP project is to design, implement, and experimentally validate an all-wireless interconnection architecture based on advanced wireless transmission techniques, mesh networking, cross-layer optimization, and mechanisms for seamless mobility.

Applicants should have experience/knowledge in the following research areas:
– Network protocols;
– Wireless networks, especially 802.11;
– Mobility management.

Maximum Pay Grade: 1500 euros gross depending on qualifications.
