CLOSED: Wireless Sensor Networks

Grenoble INP and LIG Laboratory invite applications for this PhD Student position (36 months):

The applicant will prepare a doctorate degree on MAC and routing optimization in 802.14.5 ZigBee networks. The thesis will be related to the SAMEE project. Its objective is to consider several aspects of ZigBee wireless sensor networks: MAC optimization, energy efficient routing protocols, auto-organization, content routing, localization.

Applicants should have experience/knowledge in the following research areas:

Network protocols, LANs
Wireless networks, especially 802.11, 802.15.4
Pay Grade: 1760 euros gross. Applicants should send a detailed curriculum to Andrzej Duda.
