Développement d'un module de gestion de l'IoT sécurisé, standardisé et clé en main
The IoTize project, endorsed by the SCS and Minalogic clusters, set out to connect embedded systems to smartphones through NFC modules. The aim was twofold: to give embedded devices shared, usable human interfaces, and to give unconnected objects a gateway to the Internet. The modules fit most embedded systems using a process patented by KEOLABS in 2014.
The consortium brought together five partners: KEOLABS, STMicroelectronics (Rousset), Gemalto, ISEN-Toulon and LIG-INP, with an advisory panel of companies contributing to the specification and testing of the solution. IoTize addressed specific needs of the IoT market with a complete path from microcontroller to Internet server. Its defining feature is how easily it integrates into most embedded systems, often requiring neither software nor hardware development: a set of software tools adapts it to the embedded application by configuration alone.
